Narrow your palette… There is an entire culture of artists that works exclusively with simple ball point pens. These are ball point pen works by Andrea Joseph (more on Flicker and Andrea’s blog).

Great artworks Andrea Joseph! You’re doing many very creative ballpoint pen drawings and sketches. Hopefully more networks or sites will post your pictures so people will see what a ballpoint pen can do as an art medium. Educating people about ballpoint pen art is a wonderful event in my opinion!
