Jacob Lewis Bourjaily published a nice collection of Banknotes featuring Scientists and Mathematicians. Some of the banknotes I find interesting (all published here are obsolete) .
Albert Einstein, 5 Israeli Lirot (1968)
This looks like the Dimona Nuclear Reactor on the back of the banknote. Unlike the Shekels the banknote doesn’t have any English inscription about the value of the currency.
Galileo Galilei, 2000 Itialian Lire (1973)
Abu Ali al-Hasan Ibn al-Haitham, 10 Iraqi Dinar (1982)
Voltaire (François-Marie Arouet), 10 French Francs (1964)
Sigmund Freud, 50 Austrian Schilling (1986)
