There is a meat cart at 5th and 40th, off the corner of Bryant Park. Like most street grilles in Manhattan it appears to be run Arabs (btw, what happened to the Russian nuts carts? I don’t see them anymore). This place must be good because at all times of day and night there is a line of the New York City cabbies for the chicken and rice. Is this cooking an art or a science?
