Natural Foie Gras in Boston?

I don’t mind talking to myself… I was thinking about that Foie Gras podcast. In fact there are thousands of geese here in New England that by all definitions are “wild”. Allegedly originaly domesticated by the pilgrims they forgot how to migrate and live here year around, pooping in the parks being their primary function. I guess their diet is not as good as in the Extremadura, but if one kills a local goose about now, before winter, he should be able to find a pretty fat liver, according to the theory.
